1: Vertical Knee Raise will focus on your abdomen, shoulders, lower back and hips.
2: Pull up station helps with arms, shoulders, wrist all in the pulling motion.
3: Push-ups will focus on arms, shoulders, wrist all in the pushing motion.
4: Dips are similar to push-ups but us a different muscle group in the shoulders, arms and wrists.
5: Double End Bag will build your eye-hand coordination while striking the bag.
6: Heavy Bag station allows both punching and kicking for boxing and MMA workouts. (Heavy Bag not included)
7: Speed Bag Platform with crank wheel can adjust +/- 14" to accommodate all users. Extra thick 1" platform along with the solid steel tubing.
